试验在施氮肥条件下以产量和耐低氮胁迫指数筛选氮高效品种,并对筛选指标进行分析。结果表明,郑单958、金山27和郑单17是高产氮高效型玉米品种。不施氮肥条件下,灌浆期茎叶总氮量、吐丝期叶绿素SPAD值和穗位叶氨基酸浓度是氮高效筛选的有效指标;施氮肥条件下,吐丝期茎叶总氮量和穗位叶氨基酸浓度是氮高效辅助筛选指标。高产氮高效型玉米品种无论在施氮肥还是不施氮肥条件下,其营养器官生育后期氮积累能力均强于低产氮低效型玉米品种的,且吐丝期叶绿素SPAD值也具有显著优势。
Using nine super-high-yield maize varieties as materials, under nitrogen and no-nitrogen applied conditions, high efficient varieties were screened by using yield and indexes in nitrogen conditions, and screening indexes were analyzed. The results showed that Zhengdan 958, Jinshan 27 and Zhengdan 17 were nitrogen-efficient high-yield varieties. The accumulation ability of vegetative organs of nitrogen-efficient high-yield maize varieties was stronger than those of low-yield inefficient varieties from silking stage to filling stage, and the SPAD values of the silking stage had significant advantage.
