In Recent years,researches on collaborative innovation network also have caused the wide attention of scholars at home and abroad.The researches focus on the three parts as follows： the formation,evolution and influence factors of collaborative innovation networks;knowledge creation,knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer in the networks;the relation between structures of collaborative network and innovation.Generally,the research on this field is just to begin,and many academic problems remain to be resolved.
