提出了一种基于楔形F-P腔滤波器的并行探测集成解复用接收器。利用转移矩阵方法对这种新型并行解复用接收器进行了理论分析,给出了并行解复用接收器并行探测四个波长的具体设计实例。最后,使用数值模拟的方法对这种新型并行探测集成解复用接收器的解复用性能和串扰特性进行了计算,并作了分析。
A photodetector array based on tapered Fabry-Perot(F-P) filter is proposed for parallel demultiplexing detecting. This novel demultiplexing photodetector array which can realize four light-waves parallel detecting is demonstrated by using transfer matrix, and its demultiplexing capability and the cross-talk are calculated and investigated.
