为了研究温度效应对港珠澳深水区非通航孔桥体系转化过程的影响,确定合理的焊接施工时段,降低焊接过程对钢箱梁线形的影响,保证最终成桥线形满足设计要求,根据热传导和有限元基本原理,采用ABAQUS建立了一段无铺装层钢箱梁三维模型,通过施加对流换热、长波热辐射及太阳辐射3种荷载,模拟钢箱梁与外界环境之间的热交换,求解其温度场分布规律;选取钢箱梁温度场预测分析时4个重要参数(风速、日极温度、热辐射率和钢板表面的热流密度),对钢箱梁顶、底板温差进行参数敏感性分析;通过数值分析模拟不同时刻温度效应对钢箱梁焊接施工的影响,并根据施工质量控制标准,将顶、底板温差低于2℃作为施工控制性条件,并建议在22:00到次日7:00进行桥梁安装工作。研究结果表明:经工程实践证明钢箱梁温度场预测值与现场实测值一致,无铺装层钢箱梁可采用双折线温度梯度模式;日辐射热流密度对钢箱梁顶、底板影响最大,风速次之,热辐射率第3,日极温度影响最小;顶、底板温差低于2℃时进行定位及焊接工作,能够有效控制温度效应的影响。
To investigate temperature effect on the system transformation of the non-navigable span in the deep water region of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,the determination of proper welding construction time,the reduction of the effects of welding on geometric shapes for steel box girder,and the guarantee for final geometric shapes of the completed bridge which could meet the design requirements were needed. According to heat conduction and FEA principles,ABAQUS was adopted to establish a three-dimensional model for a section of steel box girder without pavement.By applying convection heat transfer,long-wave heat radiation and solar radiation,the heat exchange between the environment and the steel box girder was simulated,and the temperature distribution was determined.The four key parameters including wind speed,daily extreme temperature,emissivity,and solar radiation rate and heat flux density on the surface of steel were selected for parameter sensitivity analysis in prediction through the results ofthe temperature difference between roof and floor.The effect of the temperature on steel box girder during welding construction at different time was simulated through numerical analysis.According to construction quality control standards,the temperature difference less than 2℃ was taken as the control quality of construction,and the time for bridge installation was suggested between 22:00to 7:00of the next day.Through the practical engineering,the results show an agreement between the predicted and measured temperature filed of steel box girder,and the temperature gradient modes of steel box girder without pavement are determined as bilinear line.Solar radiation heat flux density has the most significant effect on temperature difference between roof and floor,followed by wind speed and emissivity,while the daily extreme temperature has the minimum effect.The temperature effect can be effectively controlled by conducting the location and welding when the temperature difference between roof and floor is less than 2 ?
