引入感知义务作为组织支持和组织公民行为之间的中介变量,交换意识作为组织支持和感知义务之间的调节变量,验证组织支持对组织公民行为有积极影响的假设。实证结果分析表明,组织支持通过感知义务对组织公民行为产生影响,交换意识在组织支持和感知义务之间不具有调节作用。
This paper introduced felt obligation as the intervening variable between perceived orga- nizational support and organizational citizenship behavior and exchange ideology as the moderator be-tween perceived organizational support and felt obligation. Then the hypothesis was tested that perceived organizational support has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The empirical result indicated that perceived organizational support produced good effect on organizational citizenship behavior through felt obligation, while exchange ideology didn't have a moderating effect on the rela-tionship between perceived organizational support and felt obligation.
