Negotiation, as a kind of the basic methods and strategies in the western conflict resolution, is not only a kind of interactive form of social interactions but also the important way of resources allocation, and has been becoming the important path of resolving public conflict in the modern society. Because of their advantages in terms of the cost and effectiveness and the adaptabilities to the different conflict situations, Negotiations have the important reference values on China’s public conflict resolution researches and practices in the social transition period.
