通过建立城市土地利用效益评价及其耦合度评价模型,对生态环境重点关注城市桂林市的土地利用社会经济效益和生态环境效益及其耦合关系进行研究.结果表明：桂林市的土地利用效益有着不同于沿海经济城市的特点.2002-2009年,桂林市土地利用效益迅速增长,社会经济效益和生态环境效益总体上处于协调发展状态,两效益的耦合度在2007年达到最高水平.由于桂林市土地利用生态环境效益发展速度高于社会经济效益发展速度,2008-2009年,两者的耦合度呈现略微下降趋势.
英文摘要：
Through establishing the evaluation model of city land use benefit and it’s coupling degree,the social and economic benefits,the ecological and environment benefit and it’s coupling degree of land use were researched in Guilin city where the construction of the ecological environment is a major concern.The results show that the land use benefit of Guilin is different from that of coastal economic cities in our country.From 2002 to 2009,the land use benefit increase rapidly,the social economic benefit and the ecological environment of land use developed coordinately in general,the coupling degree of two benefits reached the highest level in 2007.Because the ecological environment benefit’s develop ment speed is faster than social economic benefit of Guilin city’s land use,from 2008-2009,the coupling degree of two benefits is show a downward trend.
