3种动物模型与人动脉粥样硬化病变病理形态学分析

目的建立并比较不同动物模型动脉粥样硬化(As)病变的病理形态学特征。方法用高脂饮食喂养建立小型猪、新西兰兔、载脂蛋白(Apo)E-/-小鼠As模型。苏丹Ⅳ染色检测血管As病变大体形态,HE染色进行显微形态学分析。结果3种动物模型都在主动脉弓处病变最明显,其中小型猪较新西兰兔和ApoE-/-小鼠在腹主动脉的病变更加明显。显微形态学分析发现,3种动物模型与人As病变都存在着一定的差异。结论动物模型As病变在不同研究中能一定程度上代表人类As病变,并不能完全代替人类病变。

英文摘要:

Objective To establish different atherosclerotic animal models and compare the atherosclerotic lesion with human atherosclerotic plaque in pathological morphology. Methods The As models of minipig and New Zealand rabbit and ApoE -/- mouse were established with high lipid diet. The general morphology of As lesions was visual with Sudan IV staining, and micro - morphology of As lesions was analysed in paraffin slices with HE staining. Results The As lesions were the most obvious in aorta arch in three animal models. The abdominal aorta As lesion in minipig was very severe compared with New Zealand rabbit and ApoE-/- mouse. The As lesions in three animal models was different from human As plaque in micro - morphological characteristics. Conclusion The As animal models can mock human As plaque characteristics to a certain degree,but can't replace human As lesion.
