目的：探讨C25P多肽的遗传毒性，为临床应用提供依据。方法：采用Ames试验检测C25P多肽的致基因突变作用；运用彗星试验检测C25P多肽对DNA的损伤作用；采用微核试验检测C25P多肽对染色体畸变的影响。结果：C25P多肽的Ames试验、彗星试验及微核试验结果均呈阴性。结论：C25P多肽不具有遗传毒性。

OBJECTIVE To study the genotoxicity of C25P polypeptide and provide the basis for clinical application. METHODS Ames test was used to detect the mutagenesis of C25P polypeptide. Comet assay was used to detect the DNA damage of C25P polypeptide. Micronucleus test was used to detect the chromosome aberration of C25P polypeptide. RESULTS The re sults of Ames test, comet assay and micronucleus test were negative. CONCLUSION C25P polypeptide doesn＇t have genotoxicity.
