目的:从狼尾草根际土中分离出具有多种生物学特性和促生效果的芽孢杆菌。方法:土样经过80℃处理,得到2株菌。对其溶磷、合成IAA和嗜铁索能力进行测定。用2株菌处理小麦种子,评价其促生效果。结果t菌株WXD2—1和WXD2—2溶解磷的能力分别为(26.994-1.74)μg/mL和(31.99±4.43)μg/mL;随着L—Trp浓度的增加,两个菌株的IAA合成量也相应增加;菌株WXD2—2合成嗜铁素能力高于菌株WXD2—1。分别用菌株WXD2—1和WXD2—2处理小麦种子,生物量与对照相比均有显著增加(P〈0.05),且菌株WXD2—1促生效果较菌株WXD2—2更好。结论:分离出的芽孢杆菌具有溶磷、合成IAA和嗜铁素能力,能够促进小麦的生长。
To isolating the Bacillus strains from the rhizosphere of Pennisetum alopecuroides, which have a variety o~ biological characteris- tics and growth promotion ability. Method: In the study, using high - temperature method to isolate Bacillus spp.. Planted the wheat seeds soaked with the suspension liquid of strains, and evaluate the effect of the growth - promoting after 30. days. Result: The phosphate solubilization of WXD 2 - 1 and WXD 2 - 2 were (26. 99± 1.74) g/mL and (31.99 ± 4. 43 ) μg/mL, respectively. With the concentra- tion of L - Trp increased, the IAA syntheses by two strains were increased. The ability of synthesize siderophore of WXD 2 - 2 was higher than WXD 2 - 1. The biomass of wheat treated with WXD 2 - 1 and WXD 2 - 2 were increased significantly(p 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Two strains have phosphate solubilization, IAA syntheses, siderophore syntheses, and growth promotion ability.
