如何有效融合职业经理,发挥其专业管理能力是中国家族企业实现可持续成长过程中必须解决的重要问题。本文从被排斥者特征、排斥者特征及情境特征三个视角剖析了家族企业职业经理遭遇职场排斥的原因及其作用过程,并分析了职场排斥的预防与治理机制。本研究不仅为学术界探讨职业经理在家族企业中的生存与发展困境提供了新的理论分析工具,结论也将有利于指导中国家族企业吸纳与融合职业经理,实现可持续成长。
How to effectively integrate professional managers and motivate their professional management ability is important for the sustainable development of family business. From the characteristics of excluded targets, perpetrators,and context, this paper studies the reason why professional managers become the targets of workplace exclusion, and analyzes the prevention and governance mechanism. Based on the above studies, this paper will not only provide a new theoretical tool for analyzing the relationship between professional managers and Chinese family business, but also will help family business to introduce and integrate professional managers and achieve sustainable development.
