以偶氮染料橙黄II为探针分子,考察了工业废催化剂(FJC)催化H2O2氧化降解高浓度有机污染物的催化活性,考察了有机溶液的初始pH值、H2O2浓度、FJC用量、反应温度对橙黄II脱色率的影响.实验结果表明,FJC具有较好的催化氧化降解活性,而且具有良好的稳定性,可以多次重复利用.当染料质量浓度为100mg/L、pH为3.0、催化剂量为2g/L、H2O2浓度为20mmol/L,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为60min时,橙黄Ⅱ脱色率可达93.4%.
With azo dyes of OrgII for probe molecules, the catalytic activity of high concentration organic pollutants for FJC catalytic H2O2 oxidation degration were studied. The effect of intial solution pH and H2O2 concentration,FJC dosage, reaction temperature for the removal rate of OrgII were investigated. The results of experiments indicate that FJC has good degradation activity of catalytic and oxidation,and it has good stability and can be used repeatly. It found that the removal rate of OrgII (100 mg/L) reached 93.4% in the presence of FJC(2 g/L) and hydrogen peroxide (20 mmo/L) at pH 3.0 and the reaction temperature of 70 ℃ after 60 minutes.
