对紧固孔强化处理,以提高飞机结构件在交变载荷作用下的疲劳寿命。基于紧固孔强化技术的发展现状,从强化机制、实施方法、强化效果、存在的问题和应用场合等方面,对冷挤压、干涉配合、滚压、机械喷丸和激光冲击强化五种飞机结构件紧固孔强化技术进行分析比较。分析认为,五种强化技术都各自存在突出问题,激光冲击强化技术优势明显。传统的强化技术仍将在未来的一段时间内作为飞机结构疲劳断裂设计的基本的强化工艺;激光冲击强化技术由于处理方式的环保性和突出的强化效果,在提高小孔疲劳寿命方面具有巨大潜力。
Fastening holes are strengthened in order to improve the fatigue life of aircraft structural parts under alternating loads.According to the state of the art of strengthening technology for fastening holes,five technologies,i.e.cold expansion,interference-fit,rolling,shot peening and laser-peening are reviewed and compared in terms of their strengthening mechanisms,implementation methods,strengthening effects,problems and applications,etc.Conclusions are that these five technologies have their existing individual problems,and laser peening has obvious advantages.Because of its environmental protecting nature and prominent strengthening effect,laser-peening has great potential to improve the fatigue life of fastening holes.The other four are still to be useful for some time as the basic strengthening processes for aircraft structures design.
