提出对生活垃圾中回收价值高的废旧塑料进行优化分选的新工艺,研究塑料分选的工作机理,建立垃圾分选成分在分选设备中运动的数学模型。研究垃圾堆密度、气流速度、气流倾角、分选区高度与分选率的关系,确定了比较理想的参数取值范围。研制塑料分选试验台,并采集生活垃圾进行大量试验,验证了理论分析结果的合理性。确定塑料分选设备的结构参数和最佳运行参数为,水平送风时的最佳风速13~17m/s,最佳气流倾斜角14°,这些参数为塑料分选设备的设计和制造提供了理论支持,能使生活垃圾中的塑料分选率达到85%以上。
A new process of plastics' optimal separation from domestic waste is presented, and principle and mechanism for separating plastics are analyzed. A mathematical model of the separating process is established, and the effect of some parameters such as density, wind speed, sloping angle of airflow and height of separating zone on the separating rate is studied, then range of these parameters is determined. The test-beds for plastics separating are developed and a lot of tests are conducted. The rationality of this new study result is validated through tests, and the structure and kinematics parameters of plastic separating equipments are established, with an optimal 13-17 m/s wind-speed horizontally and 14° blowing angle, thus presenting certain theoretical basis for developing plastics separation equipment, so that the rate of separating plastic is over 85%.
