为了探讨鄂尔多斯半日花的保护措施及其科学利用价值,测定了该植物6种不同溶剂的粗提物在100g/L时对番茄镰刀茎病菌、稻曲病菌、棉花黄萎病菌V991、黄瓜黑星病菌、芦笋茎枯病菌、葡萄炭疽病菌和苹果黑星病菌7种植物病原菌的抑菌活性.结果表明,乙酸乙酯粗提物的总体抑菌效果最好.对番茄镰刀茎病菌、棉花黄萎病菌V991和黄瓜黑星病菌的抑菌活性很强,抑菌率均高达100%,对稻曲病菌亦达80.1%;水煮粗提物对5种植物病原菌抑菌活性较强;6种粗提物对芦笋茎枯病菌的抑菌活性普遍偏低.
To study the protection of Helianthemum ordosicum and its use value,the antifungal activities of six different kinds of extracts from Helianthemum ordosicum, which concentration is 100 g/L, on Fusarium sp. , Ustilaginoidea virens, Verticillium dahliae. V991 ,Cladosporium cucurerinun,Phomopasis asparagi olletotrichum ampelinun, Venturia inaequalis are studied. The results show that the extract by Ethyl acetate has the strongest effect on all five species of fungi,and the highest rate of inhibition,that achieve 100% on Fusarium sp. ,Verticillium dahliae. V991 and Cladosporium cucurerinun,and 80. 1% on Ustilaginoidea virens. Also, the fungistasis of extract by water is relatively strong, while the fungistasis of six kinds of extracts are all low on Phomopasis asparagi.
