摘要:初步研究了拜耳法赤泥的活化方式对水泥基材料凝结时间、安定性与力学性能的影响。机械活化赤泥缩短了水泥浆体的初凝时间,但延长了终凝时间;热活化赤泥则缩短了水泥浆体的初凝和终凝时间。机械活化赤泥有利于水泥基材料早期强度的发展,掺量为15%时,水泥净浆试样的3d抗折、抗压强度分别提高了11.9%、14.1%,而水泥砂浆试样的3d抗折、抗压强度分别提高了61.3%、63.6%。相比机械活化赤泥,热活化赤泥不但有利于水泥基材料的早期强度,更有利于其后期强度的发展。
The effects of the activation methods for bayer red mud on setting time, soundness and mechanical properties of the cement based materials had been studied.Mechanical activated red mud shortens the initial setting time, but extending the final setting time of the cement paste.Thermal activated red mud shortens the initial setting time and the final setting time of the cement paste.Mechanical activated red mud was beneficial to early strength of cernent based materials.When the contents of the red mud were 15% in cement,at 3 d,the flexural strength and compressive strength were increased 11.9% and 14.1% for hardened cement paste, 61.3% and 63.6% for cement mortar, respectively.However, thermal activated red mud was no only favorable to increase the early strength of the cement based materials, but also more helpful to increase its late strength.
