基于电凝并理论,在模拟电除尘器烟道中增设预荷电装置,进行了高压电场荷电凝并研究.实验结果表明,将预荷电装置安装于烟道中,离子浓度比除尘电场中高约1个数量级,有利于提高粉尘的荷电量,增强带电粒子的凝并作用;交变电场比直流电场更利于带电粒子凝并,最佳电场频率为40Hz;电凝并作用可以使粒子粒径增大21%左右,总除尘效率提高2.6%~3.5%,有利于实现电除尘器的小型化.
The experiment of pre-charge and electrostatic agglomeration in strong electric field is done by installed the pre-charge facility in the flue of electrostatic precipitator, based on the theory of electrostatic agglomeration. The results show that ion concentration can be increased about 1 order of magnitude greater than that in the field of electrostatic precipitation after adding the pre-charge facility in the channel, which is propitious to increase the charge of particles and enhance the agglomeration of the charged particles; The AC electric field is more effective than DC electric field, and the optimal frequency is 40 Hz;The particle diameter and the efficiency of electrostastic precipitator can been increased 21% ,2.6%-3.5% respectively by the electrostatic agglomeration,which is beneficial to realize the miniatyrization of electrostatic precipitator.
