开展沉积物中有机污染物的潜在生态风险分析研究是进行风险管理和科学决策的先决条件。本文综述了生态风险分析的概念以及国内外沉积物中有机污染物的主要风险分析方法如风险商法、生态风险指数法、生物沉积物畜集因子、沉积物质量标准和概率风险分析法，并评述了各种分析方法的适用条件，总结了各种方法的优缺点。提出了生态风险分析所存在的问题并展望了今后有机污染物生态风险分析的研究方向。

英文摘要：

The ecological risk analysis of organic contaminant in sediments is the need of risk management and scientific decision-making. Definition of ecological risk analysis briefly is introduced in this paper. Risk quotient, ecological risk index, biological sediment accumulation factor, sediment quality guidelines and probabilistic risk analysis of organic contaminant in sediments are presented with their applicability and advantages. At last, problems and suggestions of ecological risk analysis are put forward.
