依据民航产业和旅游产业耦合协调的机理建立评价指标体系,对湖南省民航产业和旅游产业发展水平进行综合评价,并根据耦合协调度模型对两者耦合协调度进行分析,结果显示：湖南省民航产业和旅游产业之间存在着耦合关系;两者处于不同的发展水平时,耦合协调状况也随之变化;目前湖南省民航产业—旅游产业耦合协调度偏低。因此,民航产业和旅游产业必须加强合作,在市场机制、产业集聚、技术创新及政府政策等方面协同发展,发挥耦合协调的积极效应。
英文摘要：
Based on the mechanism of coupling coordination between civil aviation industry and tourism industry, the article established the evaluation index system to evaluate the development of civil aviation industry and tourism industry in Hunan province, and analyzed the coupling coordination degree by using the coupling coordination model. Results show that there is a coupling relationship between the civil aviation industry and tourism industry in Hunan province; if the two industries are in a different level of development, the situation of coupling coordination changes; at present, the coupling coordination degree between the civil aviation industry and the tourism industry in Hunan province is still low. Therefore, civil aviation industry and tourism industry must strengthen cooperation and collaborative development; utilize the positive effect of coupling coordination,in terms of market mechanism, industrial agglomeration and technology innovation and government policy, etc.
