针对掺加0-1.5 kg/m3聚丙烯纤维的核电牺牲混凝土开展高温与火灾试验.结果表明:牺牲混凝土在火灾作用下抗压强度变化不大,失重率为4.7%-5.8%.在400℃高温作用下抗压强度提高60%左右,失重率为5.0%-6.5%;800℃高温作用下强度损失20%左右,失重率为2.0%-2.5%;1 000℃高温作用后残余抗压强度仍有11-16 MPa,失重率为0.1%-0.2%.牺牲混凝土高温熔融温度为1 180-1 210℃,聚丙烯纤维掺加对牺牲混凝土熔融温度、抗压强度损伤以及熔融产物类型影响较小,但加速混凝土早期自由水排出,防止牺牲混凝土火灾爆裂.
High temperature and fire test was implemented for sacrificial concrete adding with 0 - 1.5 kg/m^3 polypropylene fiber. The results showed that the compressive strength of sacrificial concrete have little change after fire, and its weight loss was 4.7% - 5.8%. At 400 ℃ high temperature, its compressive strength was increased by about 60%, and its weight loss was 5.0% - 6.5% ; and there existed around 20% strength loss at 800 ℃, and its weight loss was 2.0% - 2.5% ; After being exposed at 1 000 ℃, residual compressive strength was still 11 - 16 MPa, and its weight loss was 0.1% - 0.2 %. The melting temperature of the sacrificial concrete is 1 180 - 1 210 ℃. The addition ofpolypropylene fiber had little influence on the melting temperature, compressive strength damage and the type of molten product of sac- rifice concrete, but it can expel early free water in concrete to prevent the sacrifice concrete fire burst.
