为研究两柱和四柱综放支架对顶煤的二次破碎效果, 采用ANSYS 仿真模拟手段分析了支架反复支撑对顶煤的破坏机理, 并得出了两种综放支架在不同硬度煤层条件下的顶煤破坏高度.结果表明 随着支架反复支撑次数的增加, 顶煤的破坏范围和破坏程度均加大, 四柱式综放支架对顶煤的破坏效果优于两柱式综放支架, 而端面控顶效果不如后者.对于坚硬或特厚煤层综放开采建议优先选用四柱综放支架, 当顶煤的实际厚度大于综放支架对顶煤的最大破坏高度时, 需对顶煤采取弱化措施.
In order to study recrushing results that two columns and four columns support to top coal, the broken principle of repeatedsupporting to top coal was analyzed by software ANSYS, then top coal broken height in different hardness coal seam of two top coal cavingsupport were put forward. The results showed that the top coal broken scope and degree increased with support repeated supportingtimes increased, the broken results of four columns support was better than two columns support, but roof control effect of head facewas worse. So four columns support was the best choose for top coal caving in harden or extra thickness coal seam, weaken measuresshould be adopted as actual thickness of top coal was larger than the maximal top coal broken height that caused by support.
