以咔唑和苯酚为原料,经重氮和偶合反应合成了一种新型偶氮化合物——N-对(4-羟基苯偶氮基)苯基-3,6-二(叔丁基)咔唑(4),其结构经^1H NMR和^13C NMR表征。4的UV和固体荧光光谱研究结果表明,4具有较好的光学活性。
A new azo compound, N-p (4-hydroxybenzene-azogroup) phenyl-3,6-di (t-butyl) carbazole (4), was synthesized by the reaction of diazo and coupling from earbazole and phenol. The structure was characterized by ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR. The optical activity of 4 was investigated by UV-Vis and solid fluorescence spectrum. The results showed that 4 exhibited an excellent optical activity.
