本研究对消费者权力及消费者增权的相关研究进行了回顾,重点讨论旅游业中的消费者增权实践及其对旅游供应链所产生的影响。提出旅游供应链的研究要突破以往的二元分析范式,将旅游者纳入到旅游供应链的分析中,重视消费者的影响,并从消费者权力的角度解释了旅游供应链中发生的权力对角线转移过程。
This article reviews the related researches of consumer power and consumer empowerment,mainly focuses on consumer empowerment practice and its influence on tourism supply chain in tourism industry.The author put forward that studies on tourism supply chain should have a breakthrough from the past dyadic analyze model to a new one,which bring consumer into the analyze of tourism supply chain,regarding about consumer influence.This article also explains the power diagonal diversion process of tourism supply chain,in terms of consumer power.
