经济和环境协调发展是生态文明建设的关键.通过建立经济和环境协调发展评价指标体系,运用耦合度模型和协调度模型,深入分析了江苏省2000 年～2012 年经济与环境协调发展关系时空演化特征.结果表明：研究期内江苏省经济与环境间耦合度呈上升趋势,协调发展水平逐步提高,经济环境系统的耦合协调规律曲线呈拉伸后的“N”型关系;空间上,经济环境耦合度总体呈现由南北向中间递减的“凹”字型格局,且苏南〉 苏中〉 苏北,协调度则以苏州为核心呈圈层分布;据此,将全省划分为高和谐发展区、中和谐发展区、低和谐发展区与和谐发展起步区4 个类型区,发现经济环境和谐程度越高的区域资本技术密集型产业所占比例和专业化水平均越高,劳动密集型产业专业化水平越低.

英文摘要：

The key to ecological civilization construction lies in the coordi-nated development of economy and environment. Research on the temporal-spatial change of coordinated development between economy and environment could supply scientific and environmental bases for development in Jiangsu Province. Based on the comprehensive assessment indicators for both economy and environment system, the temporal-spatial evolution characteristics of coordinated develop-ment about economy and environment since 2000 were explored by using the cou-pling and coordinating degree models. The results show as follows: both the coupling and coordinating levels between economy ans environment are increas-ing ,which take on two stretched N-shaped curves. The coupling degree has risen from 0.292 to 0.998 and the coordinating degree has risen from 0.206 to 0.706 from 2000 to 2012 in Jiangsu. The coupling degree takes appearance of higher in the north and south cities and lower in the middle cities, which al-so gradually reduces from South Jiangsu to Middle Jiangsu, followed by North Jiangsu from regional scale. Meanwhile, the circle distribution pattern shows that Suzhou is regarded as the highland from the prospect of coordinating de-gree. According to these, the whole province are divided into four regional types which including the high-level harmonious region, the middle-level har-monious region, the low-level harmonious region and the starting-level harmo-nious region. The high-level harmonious region includes three cities: Suzhou, Wuxi and Nanjing. The middle-level harmonious region includes seven cities:Changzhou, Zhenjiang, Nantong, Xuzhou, Yangzhou, Taizhou and Yancheng. The low-level harmonious region and the starting-level harmonious region include Huaian, Lianyungang and Suqian. In addition, it’s found that the higher the harmonious degree in type, the more the capital technology intensive industry accounts for the proportion as well as the professional level is higher.
