英文摘要：

Health services affectrural elderly＇ s disability situationby influencing theirdaily health level. Based on the sur- vey data of Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey （CLHLS） during 2011 to 2012, this paper decomposed the rural elderly disability into self-care ability loss,restrictliving ability and cognitive impairment, by using the Logit model studied the effect of accessibility and accessibility of medical services on the disability status of the elderly in rural areas, and then discussed the corresponding influence mechanism. The research outcomes are as follows, factors involvingnew rural cooper- ative medical participation, distanceto the nearest medical organization, medical service compensation method, the disease can be treated in a timely manner and community health services will significantly affect the occurrence of rural elderly disa- bility. On the whole, rural elderly disability is more severe in these sample areas and showed obvious gender difference and age difference. Establishing a long-term care system and optimizing the supply of medical services to enhance the availabili- ty and accessibility of medical services to farmers coming to be a policy option to solve the problemsabove.
