为了优化介质阻挡放电(DBD)处理苯胺废水,选择反应放电功率、初始溶液pH值和电导率为自变量,以苯胺去除率为响应值,采用响应曲面法Box-Behnken设计原理对DBD处理苯胺废水的试验方法进行分析。苯胺降解优化条件如下:放电功率为300 W,初始溶液pH值为7.47,电导率为100 μS/cm,该优化条件下苯胺去除率达到69.29%。
To optimize aniline wastewater treatment by dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) process, response surface methodology and design principles of Box-Behnken were Applied. Discharge power, initial solution pH value and conductivity were selected as independent variables, while aniline removal rate was chosen as response value. Under the optimal conditions for aniline degradation, where discharge power was 300 W, initial solution pH value was 7.47,and conductivity was 100 pS/cm,removal rate of aniline reached 69.29%.
