磁性磨粒是兼有磨削能力和磁化性能的铁基复合磨粒,主要由磁介质相(铁粉)和磨粒相(碳化硅、氧化铝或金刚石等)组成。磨料的混合均匀度是影响磁性磨粒综合性能的关键工艺参数之一。利用变异系数CV表示磨料的混合均匀度,采用磁体吸附法测试与分析磨粒相、混合时间对混合均匀度的影响。结果表明,该测试方法简单易行、合理可靠,并得到不同类型的磨料在混合6~6.5h,变异系数CV为0.129%~0.233%,达到很好的混合均匀度,为更好地制备磁性磨粒、提高磁性磨粒的综合性能提供了合理的工艺参数。
Magnetic abrasive is iron-based composite grinding grain with magnetic and grinding characteristics, mainly composed of magnetic medium phase (iron powder) and particle phase (silicon carbide,aluminium oxide or adamant and so on). The mixing evenness of magnetic abrasive grain is one of the key process parameters that affects the comprehensive performance. The variation coefficient CV is uesd to express abrasive mixing uniformity, and magnet adsorption is used to test and analyze the influence of abrasive grain phase and mixing time on the mixing evenness. The result shows that the method is simple, accurate and reliable, and for different types of abrasive mixing for 6 to 6.5h, the variation coefficient CV is 0.129% to 0.233%, achieving good uniformity, providing the reasonable process parameters for the preparation and comprehensive performance improvement of magnetic abrasive.
