在当前湖北省属高校中,由于过于重视合同契约,忽视心理契约而引发了高校管理效率低,教师凝聚力下降和离职率高的情况。本文从心理契约视角剖析省属高校目前存在的困境,尝试解决这些问题。全文首先通过文献回顾和提出问题,然后采用问卷调查的方式,对某省属高校进行实地调查,通过数据分析对结果进行了讨论,最后指出了研究的不足。
The present low efficiency of university management, the decrease of teacher cohesion, and the high turnover rate result from the over-emphasis on the contract and the neglect of the psychological contract among Hubei provincial universities. Therefore, this paper attempts to analyze the present predicament of the provincial colleges and universities from the perspective of psychological contract, and try to solve these problems. The paper first puts forwards questions through hterature review, next provides a field survey conducted by the questionnaire survey of a provincial university, and finally analyses the data results and points out the weakness in the research.
