鄂尔多斯盆地东缘存在致密气、煤层气两气叠置发育、垂向分布特点,合采时的管柱压降计算成为影响井下两气多层合采设计的关键因素。采用油管作为合采管柱,结合喷嘴雾化特征,分析了致密气与煤层气两气合采井的压力分布规律,建立了气、水两相混合流动模型,给出了计算合采管柱内混合流压降和合采管柱携液能力计算方法。
In the eastern part of the Ordos basin, there are tight gas and coalbed methane two gas stacking development with vertical distribution characteristics. The pressure drop of the column is the key factor which influences the design of the multi - layer gas production. The pressure distribution of the gas and coalbed methane is analyzed by using the tubing as the production string and the atomization characteristics of the nozzle. A mixed flow model of gas and water is established, and the calculation method of the mixed flow pressure drop and the carrying capacity of the mixing pipe is calculated.
