齿轮整体误差测量系统的重构

针对传动误差在研究和评价齿轮传动质量中的一些局限性,从我国首创的齿轮整体误差测量技术入手,提出了齿轮副整体误差的概念.依据空间解析几何和齿轮啮合原理建立了齿轮副整体误差的数学模型,应用误差作用原理从微观角度推导了齿轮副整体误差与主、从动轮的齿轮整体误差的关系,定义了齿轮副整体误差曲线的基本组成单元,给出了理论单元齿轮副整体误差曲线的解析方程,在建立的接触面坐标系中推导了单元齿轮副整体误差曲线的基本算法;然后详细介绍了齿轮副整体误差的获得方法和具体计算过程,并在齿轮整体误差测量仪CZ450的硬件基础上开发了齿轮副整体误差测量系统,给出了测量实例;最后在与传动误差比较的基础上,分析了齿轮副整体误差的优点.

英文摘要:

In order to effectively eliminate the insufficiency of transmission error (TE), a new kind of gear pair error called gear pair integrated error (GPIE)and its measurement method were proposed in this paper based on the gear integrated error measurement technology, which was invented by Chinese gear experts. On the basis of the analytical geometry of space and meshing theory of gear, the mathematical model, the definition and the formula of the GPIE were proposed. A correlation between GPIE and the gear integrated error of the driving and the driven was deduced. The definition of basic unit of the GPIE curve was introduced. The theoretical equations of the unit GPIE curve were formulated, and the basic arithmetic about the actual unit GPIE curve was deduced in the coordinate system on the contact zone. Then, measurement principle, method, and steps of the gpie were invented. The measurement instrument of the GPIE was developed. Finally, the advantages of the GPIE over the TE were presented.
