目的:本实验研究通过电针二肾一夹高血压大鼠(2K1C-RHR)的人迎、曲池穴及两穴组穴,观察各单穴及组穴方协同降压的效果,并探讨其针刺降压的机制.方法:按照二肾一夹法建立高血压大鼠模型,随机分为空白组8只、模型组8只、治疗组24只,治疗组进行为期4 w针刺双侧人迎、曲池及人迎、曲池组穴的治疗,监测不同组、不同时期的血压变化情况,测定其血管平滑肌细胞面积(VSMC)、血管壁厚(WT)、血管内径(LD),计算WT/LD比值及血浆中血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、醛固酮(ALD)的含量,并进行相互比较.结果:模型组与空白组相比,大鼠颈总动脉管壁增厚,血管内径缩小明显,WT/LD的比值明显增大,存在明显的血管重构现象,大鼠血浆AngⅡ、ALD含量显著升高;通过针刺治疗,模型组与治疗组比较,血压均明显下降,WT、LD、WT/LD比值和VSMC面积均有不同程度的改善,血浆AngⅡ、ALD含量均明显降低.结论:针刺人迎穴、曲池穴有很好的降压效果,且人迎、曲池组穴降压效果优于各个单穴;其针刺降压机制之一可能是通过改善血管重构来缓解血压的持续升高,与调节血浆中AngⅡ和ALD的含量有关.
Objective:To observe the co-operation effects and to probe in the mechanism of reducing blood pressure by electro-acupuncture treatment in the stenosis of renal artery caused hypertension (2K1C-RHR)in rats on Renying point, Qachi point and two points together. Methods:40 rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,Renying group,Quchi group and both points group with 8 in each group. The hypertension models were established by 2K1C- RHR,the rats in last three groups were treated by electro-acupuncture on respective points. And then the blood pressure, VSMC,WT,LD were checked,and WT/LD,the amount of Ang Ⅱ,ALD were calculated. Results:Compared with control group, the WT of rats in model group was increased, and the LD was reduced obviously, and the WT/LD, Ang Ⅱ , ALD were obviously increased, while after acupuncture, all indite were changed obviously, especially for the rats in both points group. Conclusion:Good effects on hypertension were observed by acupuncture on Renying point, Quchi point, especially for two points. One of the mechanisms of acupuncture on hypetension may be to alleviate the continuous elevation of blood pressure bv imProving vascular remodeling.which is related to the regulation of plasma levels of Ang Ⅱ and ALD.
