根据哈尔滨工业大学游泳馆叠层游泳池的设置情况,给出承托该游泳馆比赛池的预应力框架的裂缝及变形控制标准,详细介绍预应力框架梁、框架柱中预应力筋及非预应力筋的选配过程及为避免框架梁和框架柱中受力筋“撞头顶牛”、同时确保局压及节点安全而采取的布筋方式及张锚措施。提出预应力框架柱中预应力筋的锚固方法,给出了预应力框架梁、框架柱孔道灌浆方法及灌浆料的选用原则。
According to the condition of the natatorium with double-floor swimming pools in Harbin Institute of Technology, the standards for controlling crack and deformation of prestressed frame supporting the match pool is given. The process of arranging prestressing reinforcements and non - prestressed reinforcements in frame beam and frame column is introduced in detail. In order to avoid colliding of reinforcements in frame beam and frame column and ensure the safety of local compression and joint, the distribution of reinforcements and the measures for tension and anchorage are highlighted. Anchorage technique for prestressing reinforcements in frame column is presented. The principle of grouting and selecting of grout for frame beam and frame column are given.
