以苯乙烯(St)为单体,二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联剂,利用表面引发聚合技术制备了聚苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯包覆硅胶固定相。用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),元素分析以及比表面及孔径分析等手段对其性质进行了表征,并以芳环类以及磺胺类化合物为探针,在甲醇/水体系中对其色谱性能进行考察,结果表明该固定相具有较好的反相色谱性能。
A poly (styrene-co-divinylbenzene) coated silica (Silica @ p (St-co-DVB)) was synthesized through the radical "grafting from" polymerization on azo initiator-immoblized silica. The immobilization of azo initiator onto the silica surface was achieved by the reaction of surface amino groups with 4,4′- azobis(4-cyanovaleric acid chloride). The Silica@p(St-co-DVB) was prepared by stiring suspension of the azo initiator-immoblized silica in anhydrous dioxane containing styrene (St) and divinylbenzene (DVB). The polymer was characterized by FTIR, SEM, elemental analysis, and surface area and pore analysis. Chromatographic performance of Silica@ p (St-co-DVB) was evaluated by using polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and sulfonamides as model compounds.
