研究茶多酚对小鼠脂类代谢和结肠双歧杆菌的影响,探讨茶多酚采食与脂类代谢和肠道双歧杆菌之间的关系。ApoE-/-小鼠以高脂饲料饲养并在饮水中添加1.6g/L茶多酚,8周后用变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)分析肠道双歧杆菌多样性。结果表明,高脂饮食对照组(HF)和茶多酚组(T)肠道双歧杆菌多样性有显著差异;16周后,T组血清中TC、LDL-C含量分别为19.8,16.1mmol/L,显著低于HF组的36.4,28.4mmol/L(P〈0.05)。说明茶多酚采食对apoE-/-小鼠肠道双歧杆菌菌群多样性和脂类代谢均有显著的影响。
Study on the effects of tea polyphenols on lipid metabolism and bifidobacteria in colon of apoE-/- mice. ApoE-/- mice were fed with high-fat diet, and drinking water supplemented with tea polyphenols (1. 6 g/L). The diversity of intestinai bifidobacteria was investigated by DGGE after 8 weeks, showed the structure of in- testinal bifidobacteria of tea polyphenols group(T) were significantly different from high-fat diet group(HF). After 16 weeks, the concen- tration of TC and LDL-C in T group were 19. 8 mmol/L and 16.1 mmol/L, significantly less than those in HF group (36.4 mmol/L and 28.4 mmol/L)(P〈0.05). These results showed that lipid metabolism and the diversity of intestinal bifidobacteria in apoE-/- mice were significantly affected by tea polyphenols.
