In this paper,we measure the technological resources agglomeration and effects of Collaborative Innovation in Yangtze River Econ omic Belt,found that the degree of concentration in Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai is much higher than other parts of regional in which differences are significant,Having agradient pattern.as a whole,while having certain effect of collaborative innovation,while effect of collaborative innovation is lower in Internal central region and between In- Western Region.
