The deteriorating international economy has seriously influenced the development of domestic small and medium textile process enterprises. Use of information technology can improve the level of management of these enterprises to get out of the current difficulties. As the investment is large for informationization, SAAS model is proposed to reduce the investment. ERP for small and medium textile process enterprises is thus developed based on SAAS, whose core modules include： data management, business management and report management. The system is being utilized in Wuhan City, Hubei Province and Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, which has achieved better economic and social benefits.
