Under the background of Economic Integration and Financial Globalization,the connection between international financial markets become more and more tight,and financial turbulence or financial crisis are spreading all over the world with a faster speed,which demands more preparedness against possible financial risk and financial regulation.Based on the domestic and foreign researches,this article systematically analyses the interaction and contagion effect of the international financial market,the source of financial crisis and particularly the mechanisms of financial contagion,which is theoretically valuable for us to understand the interaction of China＇s market and oversea markets and keep watch for financial crisis.
