在实际工程应用中,部分混凝土灌芯石膏速成墙板表面出现开裂的问题,需要设置合理尺寸的伸缩缝以防止裂缝的出现。采用数值分析的方法,利用粘聚-损伤模型模拟混凝土与石膏板间粘合剂的粘结作用,建立的非线性模型能有效模拟速成墙板在湿度和温度变化下的复合结构表面石膏板的膨胀,分析石膏板在混凝土粘结作用下的受缚膨胀量,从而提供合理的膨胀缝预留尺寸。
In practical engineering applications,part of rapid developed gypsum wallboard filled with concrete has cracking problem on the surface and need to be prevented by setting a reasonable size of expansion joint. This study uses numerical analysis method and the cohesive-damage model to simulate the bonding between concrete and gypsum board,a nonlinear model can effectively simulate the expansion condition of surface gypsum board of the rapid wallboard when humidity and temperature changes,and analyze the restrained expansion amount of gypsum board in concrete bonding, thus providing reasonable reserve size of expansion joint.
