为了实现对海洋平台结构进行检测、监测所采集数据的可靠管理,保证平台结构能够安全、正常运行,结合无线传感器网络技术与数据挖掘技术,进行了海洋平台结构响应数据的无线控制仪管理系统设计。给出了无线控制仪管理系统的总体架构设计,以现有串口通讯技术为基础完成了无线控制仪的硬件集成,结合数据挖掘分类技术给出了无线控制仪的软件分析与设计;实验结果表明了该无线控制仪管理系统的可靠性,该系统实现平台多点振动测量、数据分类与存储、数据时频域分析以及多节点运行管理等功能,为海洋平台结构振动响应数据的采集和分析提供了新的解决手段,具有很好的应用前景。
To achieve the data management reliability of offshore platform structures for detection and monitoring, make sure the safety and normal maintenance of offshore platforms, a wireless controller system for offshore platform's response data management based on the wireless sensor network technology and data mining technology is presented. Firstly, the architecture of the wireless controller system is designed. Secondly, wireless controller hardware integration based on the existing serial communication technology, software of wireless controller is designed based on data mining classification technology. Finally, the reliability of the wireless controller system is verified by experiment. The system with a good prospect, can achieve multi-point vibration measurement, data storage, data analysis, and time-frequency operation and management, and provide a new means of settlement for the offshore platform vibration data collection and analysis.
