通过对6根圆弧化处理柱的轴心抗压试验,测得应力-应变曲线,分析不同混凝土强度和CFRP层数对条带式包裹圆弧化处理柱轴压力学性能的影响。以方柱未包裹时应力值为基准,对C30混凝土作圆弧化处理后,条带包裹1层、2层和3层CFRP圆弧化处理柱应力值提高45%、78%和114%;对C60混凝土作圆弧化处理后,条带包裹1层、2层、3层CFRP圆弧化处理柱应力值提高60%、91%和124%。试验结果表明:方柱经圆弧化处理并外包CFRP后,柱构件的承载力和延性均有明显提高,圆弧化处理柱截面加固效果要优于方形柱截面。
Based on the axial compression tests of 6 cylinders that were circularized by C30 and C60 concrete from square columns,stress-strain curves were obtained. Effects of the layers of CFRP and concrete strength on the performance were analyzed. Comparing to the square column without confinement,the columns circularized by C30 concrete,when wrapped with one,two and three layers of CFRP,the stress value was increased by 45%,78% and114%. When circularized by C60 concrete,this value changed to 60%,91% and 124%. Test results showed that the carrying capacity and ductility of columns confined with CFRP strips were improved significantly,reinforcement effect of the section of arc columns was better than that of the section of square column in terms of mechanical properties.
