随着射频通信技术和微电子技术的迅速发展,微波混频器正广泛应用于移动通信、雷达、电子对抗及射频和微波电路等领域,其性能好坏直接影响到整个系统的性能。根据微波混频器设计理论,在分析微波混频器原理的基础上,设计中心频率为5GHz单平衡微波混频器,完成单平衡混频器中3dB定向耦合器、低通滤波器、二极管和匹配网络电路设计。阐述利用Agilent公司的ADS软件进行分析和优化设计该电路过程,仿真结果完全满足设计指标,对微波电路的噪声特性进行了分析,对微波混频器的设计研究有着重要的参考价值。
With the RF communication technology and the rapid development of microelectronics technology,microwave mixers are widely used in mobile communications,radar,electronic warfare and radio frequency and microwave circuits and other fields,and its performance will affect the performance of the whole system.According to the design of microwave mixer theory,the analysis of microwave mixers based on the principle,the design center frequency of 5GHz single-balanced microwave mixer,complete the single-balanced mixers 3dB directional coupler,low-pass filter,diode,and Matching network circuit.Described using Agilent's ADS software to analyze and optimize the design of the circuit process,simulation results fully meet the design specifications of the noise characteristics of microwave circuits are analyzed,the design of microwave mixer has important reference value.
