黑斑蛙裂头蚴病的病理组织学观察

目的对黑斑蛙裂头蚴病进行了病理组织学观察。方法HE染色和甲苯胺蓝染色供组织学检查。结果特征性的病变包括裂头蚴虫体移行性囊腔性坏死和以嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞、肥大细胞和淋巴细胞等炎性细胞浸润、上皮样细胞和成纤维细胞增生为特征的肉芽肿性反应。少数病例中囊腔内裂头蚴虫体的死亡及完全解体和裂头蚴虫体中石灰小体的逸出是本研究的新发现。首次注意到裂头蚴病形成的虫体移行性肉芽肿囊腔组织中肥大细胞显著增多,沿着囊腔周围分布并弥漫分布在肉芽肿性病变组织浸润的炎性细胞和增生的成纤维细胞中。结论蛙裂头蚴病病变中的肥大细胞反应显然与嗜酸性肉芽肿的形成有关。

英文摘要:

The histopathological changes of spargnosis of frog Rana nitromuaulata in H uaxi district of Guiyang,Guizhou province were observed with HE and toluidine blue staining method,in which the characteristic changes in sparganosis consisted of the cavitary necrosis induced by moving of the larvae , the granulomatous reaction of infiltration with inflammatory cells,such as eosinophils, neutrophils, macrophages, mast cells and lymphocytes and proliferation of the epitheloid cells and fibroblasts. In some cases, killing and complete fragmentation of spargana in cavity and the delivery of the calcareous bodies out of larvae were observed;these were observed for the first time in the present study. Also,it was firstly noted that the mast cells in the granu- lomatous cavitary tissues markedly increased and diffusely distributed along with cavity and among the infiltrating inflammatory cells and the proliferating fibroblasts. It suggests that the proliferative reaction of mast cells in lesions induced by spargana is closely associated with the formation of eosinphil granuloma in frog sparganosis.
