建立了机车在曲线通过时,车轮轮缘贴靠钢轨过程的轮轨共形接触计算模型,采用有限元参数二次规划法求解轮轨接触问题,得出了不同接触位置、不同载荷工况下的轮轨接触力,详细分析了轮缘贴靠钢轨过程中接触力的变化规律,为解决轮轨磨耗问题提供了理论依据.
A computational model for wheel-rail conformal contact was established on the condition that the wheel flange is close to rail when the vehicle is going through a curve. Through using the method of finite element parametric quadratic programming, the wheel-rail contact force was coustructed in different contact area and working performances with various loads. The laws of the changing contact force were analysised through the period when the wheel flange is getting close to the rail. This provided a theoretical basis of solving the problem of the wear between the wheel and the rail.
