选择5头初生仔猪,生后立即屠宰取样,作为新生对照组;另从5窝初生仔猪中选出10头仔猪,每窝选2头,均分到酪蛋白组和酶解酪蛋白组。仔猪生后以牛乳为基础日粮,酪蛋白组和酶解酪蛋白组分别在牛乳中添加酪蛋白和酪蛋白酶解产物,人工喂养3d后屠宰取样,探讨酪蛋白酶解产物对新生仔猪胃肠生长发育的影响。结果表明:酶解酪蛋白组胃重极显著高于酪蛋白组,酶解酪蛋白组小肠总重极显著高于新生对照组,并有高于酪蛋白组的趋势。在空肠前段,酶解酪蛋白组非黏膜重显著高于酪蛋白组。在十二指肠、空肠前段和空肠后段,酶解酪蛋白组绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值极显著或显著高于酪蛋白组。酶解酪蛋白组空肠后段的肌层厚度显著高于酪蛋白组。结果提示酪蛋白酶解产物可影响新生仔猪胃肠道的生长及其组织形态。
The experiment was conducted to examine the effect of pre-hydrolyzed casein on the development of gastrointestinal tract in neonatal pigs. Five piglets were anesthetized and ,sampled within 2- 4 hours after birth without suckling and used as newborn control (group A). Ten other piglets from 5 litters were randomly divided into group B (n= 5), which was fed on cow milk plus casein, and group C (n= 5), which was fed on cow milk plus casein pre-hydrolyzed in vitro. The piglets of group B and C were artificially fed for 3 days and then anesthetized and sampled. The results showed that the stomach weight in group C was higher (P〈0.01) than that in group B. The small intestinal weight of group C was higher (P〈0. 01) than that of group A and had the tendency to be higher (P=0, 063) than that of group B. The non-mucosal weight of primal jejunum in group C was higher (P〈0. 05) than that in group B. The villus height/crypt depth in duodenum, primal and diatal jejunum was higher (P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05) in group C than that in group B. The muscularis externa in the distal jejunum in group C was higher (P〈0. 05) than that in group B. We conclude from the data that pre-hydrolyzed casein affects the intestinal growth and morphology.
