为降低托板连接双层圆柱壳振动与辐射噪声,采用波动理论分析了含黏弹性夹层板振动波传递特性;基于阻抗失配原理,将黏弹性夹层板引入到双层壳托板结构中,并利用有限元和边界元法数值分析了新型托板结构减振降噪性能,讨论了托板夹层黏弹性参数变化对双层壳振动声辐射性能的影响.结果表明:含黏弹性夹层的板结构对振动波具有较强的阻抑作用;采用黏弹性夹层托板能有效降低双层壳振动声辐射性能,辐射声功率较普通托板连接平均降低约9.4dB.
In order to reduce vibration and sound radiation of double cylindrical shell,the characteristic of attenuation vibration wave propagation from plate with elastic interlayer was analyzed by wave theory.Based on the impedance mismatching principle,elastic interlayer plate was introduced into structure-borne sound design on the brace of double cylindrical shell.The vibro-acoustic characteristics of the shell with new type brace connection were numerical analyzed by FEM/BEM(finite element method/boundary element method).The effects of elastic interlayer parameter varied on the shell′s vibro-acoustic characteristics were discussed.The results show that plate with elastic interlayer greatly attenuate structure-borne sound.Applying brace plate with elastic interlayer could effectively reduce vibration and sound radiation performance of double cylindrical shells,and the sound power could be reduced by 9.4dB averagely.
