为了了解影响冲击损伤的因素到底有哪些,特别是冲击位置和筋条对冲击损伤的影响,本文采用非线性有限元法,基于ABAQUS软件平台及内嵌的材料用户定义予程序(VUMAT),建立了复合材料加筋板低速冲击的有限元分析模型。通过对一些飞行器上常用的加筋板进行研究分析,对于距离筋条不同位置的冲击来研究冲头位置对冲击损伤的影响。然后,将有限元模型计算结果与试验数据进行了对比。最后,探讨了对于冲击结果的影响参数,为复合材料加筋板的设计提供参考。
To understand the factors affecting impact damage on composite structures, particularly the effects of impact position and ribs, a finite element model (FEM) of lowvelocity impact damage on the composite structure is established via the nonlinear finite element method, combining with the userde fined materials subroutine (VUMAT) of the ABAQUS software. The structural elements chosen for the investigation comprise a series of stiffened composite panels, representative of real aircraft struc ture. By impacting on the panels at different positions relative to the ribs, the effect of relative position of ribs is found out. Then the simulation results and the experiments data are compared. Finally, the factors affecting impact damage on the structures are discussed. The proposed method is helpful for the design of stiffened composite structures.
