建立测定紫背金盘中7种微量元素(Ca、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu、Co、K)含量的方法。方法:采用凯氏法消解药材,利用火焰原子吸收光谱法对紫背金盘中Ca、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu、Co、K的含量进行测定。结果:每1g紫背金盘中平均含微量元素Ca、Fe、Mn、zn、cu、Co、K分别为21644、l043、52.85、7.093、72.0706、3.231、118.3gg,各元素含量高低依次为Ca〉Fe〉K〉Cu〉Mn〉Zn〉Co。结论:紫背金盘中Ca、Fe.,L素的含量较高。本方法简便、快速、准确,同一样品处理液可以连续测定多种金属元素的含量。本试验结果可为研究微量元素与紫背金盘药理作用的关系提供依据。
To determine the contents of 7 kinds of trace elements, Ca, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, Co and K in Ajuga nipponensis. METHODS: The contents of Ca, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, Co and K in A. nipponensis were determined by using flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (FAAS). RESULTS: The contents of Ca, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, Co and K in A. nipponensis were 21 644, 1 043,52.85,7.093,72.070 6,3.231 and 118.3 gg/g, respectively. The contents of each element in descending order were Ca〉Fe〉 K〉Cu〉Mn〉Zn〉Co. CONCLUSION: The contents of Ca and Fe in A. nipponensis are higher than others. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and same disposing liquid can be used for the content determination of multiple metallic elements. The study can provide reference for the relationship study between trace element and pharmacological action ofA. nipponensis.
