为求解给定工作站数求最小节拍的第二类装配线平衡问题,提出一种改进的蚁群算法。该算法在作业和工作站之间释放信息素,对信息素采用局部更新和仅对当前最优路线更新的全局更新策略以及最大最小控制策略;利用位置权重和时间偏差作为混合启发式信息,兼顾最小节拍和负荷均衡两个目标;构造综合考虑最大、概率和随机三种方式的混合搜索机制来提高算法的搜索效率。通过对测试问题集的验证,说明了算法在求解不同规模第二类装配线平衡问题时的有效性。
To solve the Assembly Line Balancing-Ⅱ(ALB-Ⅱ)problem which minimized the cycle time for the given number of stations,an improved ant colony optimization algorithm was proposed.This algorithm deposited pheromone between tasks and workstations.Local update,global update which was allowed only to the current best solution,and max-min control strategy were adopted for pheromone accumulation.The positional weight and time deviation were used as hybrid heuristic information to match the minimal prototype with load balancing.A hybrid search mechanism by considering max,probability and random search modes comprehensively was constructed to improve the search efficiency of algorithm.The effectiveness of proposed algorithm for various scale assembly line balancing-Ⅱ problems was verified by problem set of test.
