船用电梯在摇摆环境中的位姿变化可以通过船用电梯摇摆台的试验研究来实现。针对船用电梯负荷较大,采用液压驱动方式设计了三自由度船用电梯试验台,利用ANSYS软件对试验台中关键零部件台板进行了有限元分析,分析结果表明设计符合要求。利用Pro/E机构分析模块对试验台进行了运动仿真,得到了各个液压缸的运动参数,为之后的控制系统设计提供了数据支持。
Motion simulator of marine elevator is engaged in marine elevator operating conditions experimental research. It provides a safety testing process for the production and use of marine elevators. For larger marine elevator load, the 3-DOF swing platform was designed by hydraulic drive system. Key part of the swing platform was checked by finite element analysis with the ANSYS software. The results show that the design meets the requirements. In addition, a motion simulation test was made with the help of agency analysis module of Pro/E. Then the motion parameters of the hydraulic cylinder were obtained. It is proved that the constraint between the various components of the platform is correct.
