针对现行防汛会商决策支持系统数据分散、软件通用与复用性差等问题,研究基于平台、组件、知识图、可视化的综合集成决策服务系统。在SOA,J2EE服务体系和规范的平台技术架构的基础上,利用网格、中间件等技术,构建防汛会商综合集成平台。采用Web Service技术实现各类水文模型与方法的组件化并发布;通过知识图快速关联、组织防汛会商信息,描述防汛应用主题及业务关系,实现防汛会商信息的综合集成及统一管理,为会商者提供全面的数据、信息和决策服务。通过在陕西省防汛会商中的应用,突显了本决策服务系统的通用和灵活性等优点,最大限度地提高了决策服务效率。
For resolving problems of data dispersion, software commonality and poor reusability of existingconsultation and decision-making systems for flood control, the paper discusses an integrated decision-making servicesystem using technologies of platform, component, knowledge graph and visualization. The integrated platform can be established based on technology architecture of SOA service system and J2EE, and with technologies of grid, middleware and so on. Hydrological models and methods are developed as a component by using Web Service technology. Knowledge mapping is applied for flood information association and organization, and description of flood application subject and business relationships. The platform can achieve integration and uniform management of flood control consultation, and provide comprehensive data, information and decision-making service for flood control consultation. Its application to consultation for flood control in Shanxi province illuminates that the system possessesfeatures of versatility and flexibility, improving efficiency of decision-making to the maximum.
